HRStop allows administrators and reporting managers to manage attendance requests efficiently. Employees can submit various types of requests through the Employee Self Service portal, such as:
- On Duty (for official work outside the office)
- Request Punches (for missed time entries)
- Justify (for late arrivals or early departures)
Once submitted, these requests are visible to the relevant reporting manager or admin. If email notifications are enabled, they will also receive alerts to review the request in a timely manner.
Steps to Approve or Reject Attendance Requests:
- Go to: Control Panel → Attendance
- Click on the Attendance Requests option (right-hand side)
- View the List: A list of all submitted attendance requests will appear

Take Action:
- Use the Approve, Reject, or Delete buttons under the Actions column for individual requests
- To handle multiple requests at once, select the employees, click on Actions, and choose the desired option
All updates are reflected instantly in the system, making attendance management seamless and efficient.
