This guide walks you through the steps to enable or disable the display of Punch Times and Total Hours on the main panel.

Steps to configure attendance display settings

  1. Log in and access the Control Panel
Log in to your HRStop account and go to the Control Panel.
  2. Navigate to Settings
Within the Control Panel, click Settings to access system configuration options.
  3. Go to attendance settings
Under Settings, select Attendance to manage all attendance-related preferences.
  4. Open the Configure section
Inside the Attendance module, click Configure to access display settings.
  5. Adjust display options
    There are two key options:
    • Do not show attendance total hours in the main panel
Enable this if you want to hide total hours worked from the main panel view.
    • Do not show attendance punches in the main panel
Enable this to hide punch in/out times, keeping them visible only to admins or authorized personnel.
  6. Save your changes

By customizing these settings, you can streamline what your employees and managers see on their dashboards, making the system more aligned with your organization's privacy and transparency policies.
