Document requirement for half-day leave applications
On this page
HRStop is pleased to announce the introduction of a new feature that enhances the leave management process—document requirements for Half-Day Leave Applications. This update allows HR managers to streamline leave requests and ensure necessary documentation is submitted for half-day leaves, adding another layer of efficiency and compliance to the system.
What is the Document Requirement feature?
The new Document Requirement feature in HRStop allows administrators to specify the need for supporting documents when employees apply for half-day leaves. By making documents mandatory, HR teams can ensure that all leave requests are backed with the necessary paperwork, making the approval process more transparent and organized.

Employee experience
- When an employee selects a half-day leave, they are prompted to provide a reason or upload a document (depending on your configuration).
- The system restricts submission until the required field is filled.
