How-to
Submit Form 12B to a new employer
Form 12B is a document that an employee shares with a new employer when joining in the middle of a financial year.
It contains details of the employee's previous earnings, deductions and exemptions.
Who generates it?
When an employee leaves an organization, the organization issues a Form 16. Using Form 16 Part B, the employee fills
in the details in Form 12B and shares it with the new employer.
