How to install the HRStop Mobile App
To get started with the HRStop Mobile App, download it from your app store:
- Android: HRStop – Apps on Google Play
- iOS: HRStop on the App Store
Login process
HRStop supports logging in to the mobile app via multiple methods:
However, you can only use the login method(s) configured by your company admin (for business/ security reasons).
- In all cases, you need to know your company domain.
- Ask your HR/admin team for your domain name.
- Enter the domain name in the login form.
- Use the configured login method as mentioned above.
Troubleshooting login issues
If you receive a warning that you are already logged in, follow these steps:
- Log in to the web app via your browser.
- Click your name in the top-right corner and click Mobile Session.
- Remove any mobile sessions to resolve the conflict and log in again on your mobile app.
