Configure ESIC in the salary template

1. Navigate to:
<b><span><span style="color: #000000">Control Panel -> Payroll -> Salary Template</span></span></b>

2. Edit the specific salary template where you want to add ESIC.

3. Go to the Statutory Component<strong><strong><span style="color: #000000"></span></strong><span style="color: #000000"></span></strong> section.

4. Add Employee ESIC:

• Name: Select Employee ESIC
• Value/Percentage: Automatically calculated
• Pay Frequency: Select Monthly
• Action: Click the “+” (plus) icon

5. Click "Next" to proceed to the CTC Component<span style="color: #000000"></span> page.

6. Add Employer ESIC under the Statutory Components section:

• Name: Select Employer ESIC
• Value/Percentage: Automatically calculated
• Pay Frequency: Select Monthly
• Action: Click the “+” (plus) icon

7. Click "Next" → "Next" to complete the template setup.

8. The ESIC component is now visible on the Salary Template.
