HRStop offers robust reporting features that allow you to export detailed reports for better leave management and tracking. If you want to download an Excel report specific to an employee’s leave balance, follow the steps below:
Steps to Export Leave Balance Report:
- Login to your HRStop admin account.

Navigate to:
Control Panel ➝ Analytics ➝ Leaves ➝ Balance.
- You’ll land on the Leave Balance Analytics page.
- Use the Filter option at the top to search for a particular employee by name or employee code.
- Once the desired employee’s data is visible, click on the dropdown beside the Filter.
- Select Export, and the system will generate an Excel sheet for the currently displayed data.
This export will include key details such as leave categories, entitled balance, availed leaves, remaining balance, and carry-forwarded leaves (if applicable).
