The Forms feature in HRStop helps admins centralize company documents, allowing employees to easily access and download required forms from their portal.
How to Manage Forms:

Navigation:
Go to Control Panel → Forms/Policies → Form. -
View Existing Forms:
- The page displays a list of all published and unpublished forms.
- Use the Search bar to quickly locate a specific form.

Add a New Form:
- Click on + Add New to create and upload a new form.

Available Actions:
- Use icons under the Actions column to Edit, Publish, or Delete forms.
- Select multiple forms using checkboxes and apply bulk operations using the Actions dropdown.

Instant Updates:
- Any updates made will reflect immediately in the list view for real-time visibility.
