Managing Forms

The Forms feature in HRStop helps admins centralize company documents, allowing employees to easily access and download required forms from their portal.

How to Manage Forms:

  1. Navigation:
    Go to Control Panel → Forms/Policies → Form.
  2. View Existing Forms:
    • The page displays a list of all published and unpublished forms.
    • Use the Search bar to quickly locate a specific form.
  3. Add a New Form:
    • Click on + Add New to create and upload a new form.
  4. Available Actions:
    • Use icons under the Actions column to Edit, Publish, or Delete forms.
    • Select multiple forms using checkboxes and apply bulk operations using the Actions dropdown.
  5. Instant Updates:
    • Any updates made will reflect immediately in the list view for real-time visibility.
