Requesting a Punch as an Employee

Employees can easily submit a punch request in HRStop if they’ve missed recording their attendance. Follow the steps below to complete the request:

  1. Log In
    Access your account via a web browser.
  2. Go to Attendance
    Click the menu icon in the top-left corner of the screen and select “Attendance.”
  3. Find the Request Punch Option
    Scroll down the Attendance page and click on “Request Punch.” This will open a form to enter your missed punches.
  4. Select the Date and Enter Punches
    Choose the date for which you're requesting the punch. Enter your missed punch times in 24-hour format (e.g., 09:00, 18:30). Press Enter after each time. Avoid using AM/PM.
  5. Add Multiple Punches if Needed
    You can include multiple punch times in a single request.
  6. Add Comments (Optional)
    Include any relevant notes or context for your manager.
  7. Submit the Request
    Click on “Request” to send it to your reporting manager for approval.
  8. Track the Status
    Scroll to the bottom of the Attendance page to view the status of your submitted requests.

This process ensures your attendance records stay accurate and up-to-date, even if you forget to punch in or out.
