Managing a policy

Managing organizational policies ensures consistency, compliance, and transparency across all departments. HRStop provides a centralized way for admins to create, edit, and control the visibility of company policies.

Steps to Manage Policies:

  1. Navigation:
    Go to Control Panel → Forms/Policies → Policy.
  2. View Policies:
    • The page displays a list of published and unpublished policies with their titles, descriptions, and statuses.
    • Use the search bar to quickly locate a specific policy.
  3. Available Actions:
    • Click on the icons under the Actions column to Edit, Publish/Unpublish, or Delete any policy.
    • Use the + Add New button to create additional policies as needed.
  4. Bulk Management:
    • Select multiple entries using checkboxes.
    • Apply bulk actions (like Publish or Delete) using the Actions dropdown on the top right of the table.

Changes made are reflected immediately in the policy list for real-time access and management.
