To streamline the leave approval process and ensure managers respond promptly to employee leave requests, HRStop allows you to configure automated leave approval reminders.
Navigation Path:
Control Panel → Settings → Notifications
Steps to Enable Leave Approval Reminders:

Go to Control Panel
Log in as an Admin or HR and navigate to the Control Panel of your HRStop portal. -
Open Settings
Click on the “Settings” tab, and then choose “Notifications” from the available options. -
Scroll to Leaves Notification Section
In the Notifications settings, locate the section labeled "Leaves". -
Enable Required Reminders
- Turn on “Pending Leave Reminder” to send reminders for pending approvals.

You can also enable other types of reminders like:
- Leave Applied Notification
- Leave Cancelled Notification
- Leave Approved/Rejection Notification

Click Save
Once you've made the changes, click “Save” to activate the reminders.
How It Works:
After enabling, managers will receive automated notifications/reminders via email or in-app alerts (as configured) regarding any pending leave approvals. This ensures timely decision-making and reduces administrative delays.
Tip: You can customize the frequency and format of reminders by editing notification templates (if enabled for your plan).
