Managing Employee Login Credentials

HRStop allows both employees and admins to manage login credentials securely. While employees can change their passwords via the Main Panel, admins can also reset passwords when needed—especially useful during onboarding or account recovery.


Steps for Admin to Reset Employee Password:

  1. Go to Control Panel → Employees → View/Add.
  2. A list of employees will appear. You can:
    • Use the search bar to locate a specific employee.
    • Filter entries by status tags (Active, Inactive, Pending, etc.) at the top of the page.
  3. Click on the employee's name to open their profile.
  4. On the profile page, click on the Edit button at the top.
  5. Scroll to the Password section:
    • Enter the new password.
    • Confirm the new password by entering it again.
  6. Click Update to save changes.

Note:

  • A confirmation message will appear once the password has been successfully updated.
  • Changes take effect immediately, and the employee can log in using the new credentials.
