Overview:
Admins can export a complete list of client records from HRStop, including project associations. This is useful for reporting, audits, or migrating data to third-party billing or CRM systems.
Navigation Path:
Control Panel → Timesheet → Dropdown next to Manage Project → Clients
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Navigate to the Clients Section
- This area lists all clients added to the system along with associated data.
2. Click on “Export”
- Located on the top-right corner of the Clients page.
- Initiates a download of the client master list in CSV or Excel format.
Export File Includes:
Field | Description |

Client Name | Official name of the client (as entered in the system). |
Client Code | Unique identifier for internal use. |
Description | Short summary about the client or engagement. |
Mapped Projects | Projects associated with the client. |
