HawkHR enables admin to create expense report for employees. After adding an expense, admin/ reporting manager can approve/ reject the expense raised. Refer to the following steps to create expense report:
Navigate to: Control panel -> Travel
Click on the Create expense of the respective entry
A new page will open up showing fields to file expense report for employees, fields marked with asterisks are mandatory to fill
Employee : Select the Employee on behalf of which you are raising the expense
Expense Report Title : Enter the Expense Report Title
Project : Select the Project under which the expense is created
Currency : Select the Currency of payment
Enter the expense details in the table below
You can +Add row (option given on the bottom of table) / delete (option given at the end of rows)
Enter the Additional Details
Click on Submit button (to create expense) option of Reset is also given (to remove the filled data)
The entry will be listed in the Expense list, to view the expense report click on All Expenses (given on the top right corner). You can Approve/ Reject the expense report with the help of icons given under Actions column.
