Enabling the Engagement Module

Purpose

To activate the Employee Engagement Suite in HRStop, which includes:

  • Surveys (gather feedback from employees)
  • Quizzes (conduct knowledge checks or pulse tests)
  • Rewards (credit points for participation, behavior, achievements)
  • Awards (recognize and celebrate employees)

This feature helps enhance workplace culture, collect employee sentiment, and encourage participation through gamified experiences.


Steps to Enable the Module

  1. Login as Admin
    • Only Admin users have access to enable or disable system modules.
  2. Go to Module Settings
    • Navigate to: Control Panel → Settings → Modules
  3. Search for “Engagement”
    • Use the search bar or scroll through the list
    • Locate Employee Engagement Module
  4. Enable the Toggle
    • Click the checkbox or switch beside the Engagement module to activate it
  5. Click ‘Update’
    • Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Update to save your selection

What Happens Next?

Once the module is enabled:

  • A new Engagement tab will appear in the Control Panel
  • It will include sub-modules like:
    • Surveys
    • Quizzes
    • Rewards
    • Awards

Each submodule is fully configurable and can be accessed based on the admin’s or manager’s role and access level.


Note

If the Engagement tab is not visible after enabling:

  • Check role-based access permissions
  • Ensure the page is refreshed after saving
  • Contact HRStop support if the issue persists
