Purpose
The Engagement Settings page allows admins to:
- Enable features like Organizational Mood Tracking
- Set up Reward Entitlement Rules (e.g., punctuality, attendance)
- Define Reward Redemption Conditions
- Manage Reward Categories (e.g., Peer Recognition, Goal Achievement)
This section ensures employees are rewarded consistently and in alignment with company engagement goals.
Steps to Configure Engagement Settings
- Login as Admin

Navigate to Engagement Settings
- Go to: Control Panel → Settings → Engagement

Enable Organizational Mood Tracking (Optional)
- Toggle the setting to allow employees to share how they feel daily
- Once enabled, the Mood Selector will appear on employee dashboards (options: Very Bad, Bad, Neutral, Good, Great)

Configure Reward Rule Entitlement
Scroll down to find the Reward Rule Entitlement section: Key Rules You Can Set:-
Presence Entitlement:
- Automatically credit points based on monthly attendance

Late Entry Penalty:
- Deduct points for repeated late arrivals

First Punch Time Entitlement:
- Encourage punctuality with rewards

Custom Tag-Based Rules:
- Apply rules only to specific employee groups (e.g., new joiners, interns)

Configure Reward Redemption Rules
Under the Redemption Rules section:- Define Minimum and Maximum Redeemable Points per month

Choose Redemption Mode:
- Payroll – integrates with salary
- Voucher – manual reward handling

Define Reward Categories (Optional but recommended)
- Click the Reward Category button at the top-right

Add categories such as:
- Team Collaboration
- Innovation
- Goal Achievement
- Assign monetary or symbolic value per point
- Set visibility and rules for each category

Click Save
- Review all entries and click Save to apply your configuration
Outcome of These Settings

The system will now automatically:
- Track attendance and behavior-based rewards
- Allow employees to redeem earned points based on defined rules
- Record and visualize mood data in the Engagement Analytics Dashboard
Tips
- Always define at least one reward rule or the system won't calculate any points
- Use “Test Employees” to simulate redemptions and rule-based crediting before rolling out
- Use reward category filters to differentiate between types of contributions
