Purpose
A Recognition Campaign in HRStop combines the strengths of Awards (public acknowledgments) and Rewards (points-based incentives) to boost employee morale, engagement, and performance. These campaigns can be tied to events like Employee Appreciation Week, Goal Completion Milestones, or Quarterly Performance Awards.

Step 6: Celebrate and close
- Announce winners (by system notification or manually).
- Display results via the Wall of Fame (if enabled).
- Credit rewards automatically or manually.
- Share analytics with leadership or employees.
Best practices
