You will find two key sub-sections:
- Survey Dashboard
- Organizational Mood (Moodometer)
1. Survey Dashboard
Overview:
The Survey Dashboard gives a consolidated view of all surveys initiated within the organization.
Key Information Available:
- Total surveys conducted
- Draft surveys – Saved but not yet published
- Active surveys – Currently running
- Closed surveys – Completed and archived
- Participant data – Number of employees who have participated in each survey
- Survey status – Easily identify whether a survey is in draft, active, or closed state
Use Case:
- Monitor participation rates
- Review feedback activity trends
- Plan engagement strategies based on low or high response rates
2. Organizational Mood (Moodometer)
Purpose:
The Moodometer is a daily mood tracking feature that allows employees to submit their emotional state. This provides leadership with real-time insight into team morale.

- Daily Mood Submissions: Employees select and submit their mood each day.
