Configure PF based on wages above 15K

In a large organization, managing PF can be a demanding task for management. HRStop solves this problem with a feature called PF Setting.


HRStop lets you view, add and update employees' PF settings. You can configure PF for employees. You can also configure different PF rules and PF settings for specific employees. By offering a summary view of each employee's PF configuration, the system makes PF settings much easier to maintain.

Refer to the following steps to manage PF Setting:

1. Navigate to Control Panel → Setting → Payroll.

2. Find the PF Setting.

3. Edit the "PF Pension wages Limit" as required.

4. Click "Update Details".

Refer to the following steps to manage PF Setting in Salary Template:

1. Navigate to Control Panel → Payroll → Salary Template.

2. Edit the relevant template.

3. Go to "Statutory Component".

4. You see PF configured as per your PF Setting above 15K.

5. The same applies to Employer PF configuration.

6. Finish the template.

A notification confirms that the PF setup was changed successfully.
