Security settings

HRStop lets you, as an admin, manage, control and edit allowed IP addresses and user permissions. You can also manage admin permissions for different accounts.

Follow these steps to configure security settings:

  1. Navigate to Control Panel → Settings → Security.

  2. A new page opens, showing the fields to configure security settings.

  3. Select Enable Google Apps Login to allow users to log in to the HRStop portal using their Google account.

  4. You can restrict users to accessing the HRStop portal only from the configured IP addresses.

  5. You can also add new IP addresses.

  6. The added IP addresses are shown in a table, along with the currently selected IP address.

  7. Click the Update button to save the changes.

All changes take effect instantly.
