Analytics : Overview

The Analytics module in the HR system serves as a centralized reporting hub that offers real-time, exportable data across multiple HR functions. This empowers HR teams, managers, and leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions with ease.


How to Access

Navigation Path: Control Panel → Analytics

From here, users can access multiple sub-modules such as Employees, Onboarding, Attendance, Leaves, Expenses, Assets, Timesheet, Helpdesk, Engagement, and more.


Key Analytics Modules & Their Reports

1. Employees

  • Employee List Report: View all employees and their profile data.
    • Column Visibility: Customize fields you wish to include in the report.
    • Filters & Export: Narrow down by departments, roles, or any custom field and export the data.

2. Onboarding

  • Onboarding Report: Track active onboarding cases.
    • Identify delays and monitor the progress of each onboarding step.

3. Attendance

  • Daily Attendance Report
  • Monthly Attendance Summary
    • Track login/logout times, work hours, and attendance patterns.
    • Useful for payroll and compliance reviews.

4. Leaves

  • Leave Balance Report: Current leave balances for all employees.
  • Leave Utilization Trends: Understand how leaves are being availed across teams.

5. Expenses

  • Expense Summary Report: Overview of all submitted and approved expenses.
  • Expense Advance Report: Track advances requested and their status.

6. Assets

  • Asset Count Report:
    • Total assets in the company by category (e.g., laptops, phones).
    • Assigned vs. unassigned asset status.

7. Timesheet

  • Leakage Report:
    • Compare timesheet hours vs. attendance hours to detect discrepancies.
