Managing and Exporting Family Details in HRStop

HRStop provides employees with the flexibility to manage and update their family details directly within the system. This ensures that all important information related to dependents and beneficiaries is stored securely and can be used for various organizational and policy-related purposes.


Information You Can Add

Employees can fill in the following family details:

  • Name
  • Relationship
  • Gender
  • Occupation
  • Date of Birth
  • Phone Number
  • Address
  • Upload Supporting Document

Additional Options Available

While adding family details, employees also have the option to configure specific settings for each member:

  • Is Dependent
    Select this option if the family member being added is financially or otherwise dependent on you.
  • Include in Medical Policy
    Choose this option if you wish to include the family member under your medical insurance policy.
  • Is Authorized Beneficiary
    Mark this option if you want to designate the family member as a beneficiary for medical claims or other benefits, such as a nominee.

Exporting Family Details Reports

HRStop also allows administrators to export family details in one go through the Analytics section. This helps in reviewing reports for specific options like Is Dependent or Include in Medical Policy.

Exporting Is Dependent Reports

  1. Login to your HRStop account as an Admin.
  2. Navigate to the Control Panel.
  3. Go to the Analytics section.
  4. Select the Employee tab.
  5. Scroll down to the Family option.
  6. Beside the filter option, click on the drop-down icon.
  7. Select Export to download the report.

Exporting Include in Medical Policy Reports

  1. Login to your HRStop account as an Admin.
  2. Open the Control Panel.
  3. Go to the Analytics section.
  4. Select the Employee tab.
  5. Scroll down to the Mediclaim option.
  6. Click on the export icon beside the filter option.
  7. Choose Export to download the report.
