On the Confirmation page, you can view employee confirmations that have already been triggered in the system.

Here, you can check if any confirmation workflow already exists in the system.

Each stakeholder tab has an Enable option to activate the confirmation review for that role.
1:09
You can add instructions for stakeholders to guide them while filling the confirmation review.
1:15
You can also enable the confirmation review form for employees, if required.
1:19
Under each stakeholder tab, you can add questions or performance indicators.

1:51
If the questions are similar, you can copy them from the previous section.
1:55
If required, you can modify questions based on the manager’s perspective.

Once all stakeholder reviews are configured, move to the Configuration tab.
2:14
Here, you can enable automatic triggering of confirmation workflows.
2:18
You can define the number of days in advance for triggering the confirmation before the confirmation date.
2:24
For example, if set to seven days, the workflow will trigger seven days before the confirmation date.
2:30
You can define the submission sequence as Ad-hoc or Sequential.
2:35
In sequential mode, the employee submits first, followed by the manager and other stakeholders.
2:41
You can also choose whether reviewer comments and ratings should be visible to the employee.
2:47
You can control feedback visibility and decide which stakeholders’ feedback is visible.
2:53
