In this video, we will learn how to manage the offboarding of employees in the system.
Step 1: Access Offboarding

Navigate to Control Panel → Employees → Offboarding.

Here, you can view all offboarding processes that have been triggered so far.

Use the Filter option to see specific offboarding cases. For example, currently only six offboarding workflows have been triggered.
Step 2: Track Offboarding Status

Check the Status of each offboarding:
- In Progress – employee is still filling the workflow
- Submitted – workflow has been completed
- Closed – admin has finalized the process
- Pending – workflow not yet started

You can see individual workflow details by clicking the Info (i) icon in the Actions column.

As an admin, you can view employee responses, including exit interview forms, documents, and clearance submissions.
Step 3: Perform Actions

Available actions:
- Close the offboarding (after submission)
- Delete the workflow (only if it is in progress)
- View details anytime

To trigger offboarding for an employee:
- Click Trigger Offboarding
- Select the employee using the filter
- Choose the respective workflow
- Click Trigger

You can monitor the progress at the bottom of the page and see which steps are pending or completed.
Step 4: Notifications

Notifications can be enabled or disabled based on your requirements.

Navigate to Settings → Notifications → Offboarding.

Options include:
- Sending offboarding reminders
- Choosing who receives notifications when offboarding is triggered or submitted
- Adding CC emails
- Scheduling reminders in advance

Click Save to apply these settings. Selected participants will receive emails accordingly.
