0:00 So now we will be discussing regarding the audited updates.

0:03 Audited updates are used when there is a change in department designation for the employees.

0:08 And there are 13 transfer, and you'll be able to see all of these updates in the employee's historic profile and the historic records in there in the respective employee's profile.

0:17 For the audited updates, you have to go to the control panel, then to the employee, and then go to the audited updates.

0:24 Once here, you'll be able to see the audited updates page. On this page, you have to select the employee individually for which you want to change the designation, department, or any other location or entity.

0:33 When you select the particular employee, you'll be able to see their details, their email, mobile number, reporting manager, date of joining, confirmation date, and the other details.

0:44 If you scroll down, you'll be able to see the department tab, designation tab, band, grade, entity, and location.

0:50 In case you want to change the department, just click on the type of department, select the department that you want to change.

0:56 If there is any current department assigned to them, that will also be visible here.

0:59 You can select the new department and add the effective from date, so from which the designation or department is effective, and add any notes or comments regarding the same, and click on this add details option.

1:10 Any change in the department previously done will be visible in the right-hand side corner of the page so that you can refer to that as well.

1:18 In case you want to change the resignation, the process is the same. You have to select the new resignation, the effective date, and add any notes or comments accordingly.

1:26 For bands, grades, entity, and the location as well, you have to go to the respective tab and click on the new location and ensure that the new location or the new designation is added in the system so that it will appear in the dropdown as well.

1:37 This is the case when you want to do it individually for the employees.

1:41 In case you want to import in bulk for all the employees, maybe 15 to 20 employees you want to change, the designation or department, you can use this import option at the top right corner of the page.

1:50 Click on this import option, choose the particular file, download the sample CSV file here, and open that sample CSV file.

1:57 You will have all the details of all the employees here. Enter the name of the employees and the employee code and the email of the employees that you want to change the designation or department.

2:05 You have to enter the date as well as the type, whether it is a department, designation, or location, and enter the old value and the new value accordingly.

2:13 After entering and completing this sheet, save this file and upload it here.

2:17 Make sure that the date format is the same as the effective date that you mentioned in the file, and you will also have a check mark to update this data in the employee profile as well.

2:25 If you want to show this in the employee profile as well, check mark this option.

2:28 Here is a brief description also regarding this option, and you can refer to that as well and click on review and upload.

2:34 Once you click on review and upload, the system will show you the content in the file, and then you can just review and upload the same.

2:41 All those changes will reflect in the employee's profile.

2:44 If we go to the employee profile by going to the employee and view add section, let's say I edited the designation or department of a particular employee, so I can just go and see in the employee profile what is the exact update that has happened.
