After enabling HRStop Connect, administrators can add application shortcuts that employees will see in the HRStop Connect launcher. Each shortcut represents an application that employees can open directly from HRStop.

Control Panel → Settings → HRStop Connect → Manage App Links
Steps to Add an App Shortcut
- Open Control Panel/ Settings/ Modules
- Scroll down to HRStop Connect section
- Click Manage App Links.
- Expand Add App Shortcut.
- Enter the necessary details.
- Click Save App.
Fields Used While Adding an App Shortcut
Title: The name of the application that will appear in the HRStop Connect launcher.
Description: A short description explaining the purpose of the app. This description appears when employees hover over the app icon.
Icon: The icon that represents the application in the HRStop Connect launcher.
URL: The web link that opens when an employee selects the app.
Visibility Criteria: Defines which employees should see the app in HRStop Connect.
Publish: Controls whether the app is visible to employees. Only published apps appear in the HRStop Connect launcher.
What Happens After Saving the App
The application shortcut is added to the Configured Apps list.
- If Publish is enabled, the app becomes visible to employees who match the visibility criteria.
- If Publish is not enabled, the app remains saved but hidden from employees.
