HRStop Connect provides employees with a convenient way to access commonly used applications directly from HRStop. Employees can open the HRStop Connect launcher from the top navigation bar and select the apps available to them.
The apps displayed to employees depend on the publish status of the app and the visibility criteria configured by administrators.
Where Employees Find HRStop Connect
Employees can access HRStop Connect from the application launcher icon available in the top navigation bar.
Selecting this icon opens the HRStop Connect launcher where employees can view available applications.
How to Open an App Using HRStop Connect
- Log in to HRStop.
- Locate the application launcher icon in the top navigation bar.
- Click the launcher icon to open HRStop Connect.
- View the list of available applications.
- Select an app to open it.
Once selected, the application will open using the configured link.
How Apps Appear in HRStop Connect
The apps shown in the launcher are determined by the following conditions:
• The app must be published by an administrator.
• The employee must match the configured visibility criteria.
• HRStop Connect must be enabled for the organization.
If these conditions are not met, the app will not appear in the launcher.
App Information in the Launcher
Each app displayed in HRStop Connect includes:
• App Icon – visually represents the application.
• App Title – the name of the application.
• App Description – appears when employees hover over the icon.
