Once a policy has acknowledgement enabled, administrators can track which employees have acknowledged the policy and which ones still have it pending. This screen also allows administrators to send reminders to employees who have not yet completed their acknowledgement.
Navigation Path
Control Panel → Forms/Policies → Policies → View Acknowledgements icon in the Actions column
Steps to View Acknowledgements
- Go to Control Panel → Forms/Policies → Policies.
- Locate the policy you want to track.
- Click the View Acknowledgements icon in the Actions column.
- The acknowledgement tracking screen opens for that policy.
Understanding the Acknowledgement Tracking Screen
At the top of the screen, three count badges show a quick summary:
- All: Total number of employees the policy applies to
- Acknowledged: Number of employees who have completed acknowledgement
- Pending: Number of employees whose acknowledgement is still pending
The list below shows each employee with their Employee Code, Name, Department, Location, and Acknowledgement status.
Filtering the List
Two filters are available to narrow down the list:
- Department: Filter by a specific department
- Status: Filter by Acknowledged or Pending
Sending Reminders
Administrators can send reminders to employees who have not yet acknowledged the policy.
- To send a reminder to a single employee, click the Send Reminder bell icon in the Actions column for that employee.
- To send reminders to multiple employees at once, select them using the checkboxes and click Send Bulk Reminder.
Exporting the List
Click the Export button to download the acknowledgement tracking list. This can be used for reporting or compliance purposes.
Note: The View Acknowledgements icon appears in the Actions column only for policies that have acknowledgement enabled.
