Employees can view all company policies that have been published and are applicable to them. Policies are accessible from the Main Panel and from the mobile app. The policy list shows the acknowledgement status for each policy so employees can see which ones they have already acknowledged and which ones are still pending.

Steps to View a Policy
- Go to Main Panel → Policies.
- The Policies list shows all published policies applicable to you.
- Click the View icon in the Action column next to the policy you want to read.
- The policy opens in a document viewer where you can read the full content.
Understanding the Policies List
The Policies list shows the following information for each policy:
- Policy Name: The title of the policy
- Added On: The date the policy was added
- Added By: The name of the administrator who added the policy
- Acknowledgement: Shows whether acknowledgement is pending or has been completed along with the date it was acknowledged
Important Notes
- Only policies that are published and applicable to you will appear in the list.
- If a policy has acknowledgement enabled, the Acknowledgement column will show Pending until you acknowledge it.
- If system access has been restricted for a policy, you will be prompted to acknowledge it before you can access the application.
