Previewing a document allows administrators to review the generated document before creating the final version. This helps verify employee information, placeholder values, calculations, formatting, and manually entered information before generating the final document.

When Should You Use Preview?
Previewing a document is particularly useful in the following scenarios:
- Generating a document using a newly created template.
- Generating a document after updating an existing template.
- Generating compensation-related documents containing calculations.
- Verifying manually entered values before generation.
- Reviewing documents before publishing them to employees.
Where It Reflects
Preview displays how the generated document will appear after generation. Previewing a document does not create, save, publish, or download the document.
Important Notes
- Preview does not generate the final document.
- Changes can be made after previewing and before generating the document.
- Formula-based values are calculated before the preview is displayed.
- Preview should be reviewed carefully before generating employee-facing documents.
- Preview reflects the current values available at the time the preview is generated.
