Viewing appraisal history

The Appraisal History page shows the complete salary journey of an employee from the date of joining, including every appraisal that has been applied along with the corresponding salary breakup at each stage.
Navigation Path: Control Panel → Payroll → Appraisals → [Employee Name] → [Appraisal Details Page] → History
- Navigate to the Appraisals page.
- Click the employee's name to open the Appraisal Details page.
- Click the History button at the top right to open the Appraisal History page.
Employee information
The page displays the employee's photo, name, department, designation, gender, date of joining, and PAN.
CTC growth chart
A graphical chart plots the employee's CTC over time, providing a quick visual view of how the employee's compensation has grown since joining.
Appraisal-wise salary breakup
Below the chart, each appraisal is listed with its effective date, increment percentage, and increment amount, along with the complete salary breakup applicable from that date. The earliest entry corresponds to the employee's joining salary.
Where it reflects
The Appraisal History page reflects every appraisal that has been published for the employee. Appraisals that have been triggered but not yet published do not appear in this history.

- This page is read-only and intended for review purposes.
- Only published appraisals are reflected in the history. Refer to: Managing Appraisals

Frequently asked questions
How do I access an employee's Appraisal History in HRStop?
Click the employee's name on the Appraisals list page to open the Appraisal Details page, then click the History button on the top right.
Does the Appraisal History page show appraisals that have not yet been published?
No. Only published appraisals are reflected in the Appraisal History page.
Can I see how an employee's CTC has changed since they joined the organisation?
Yes. The Appraisal History page includes a CTC growth chart along with a complete salary breakup for each appraisal applied since the employee's joining date.
