The Document Templates page serves as the central repository for managing document templates. Authorized administrators can view available templates, search for templates, perform template-related actions, and initiate document generation from this page.
Navigation Path: Control Panel → Forms/Policies → Document Templates
The Document Templates page displays all available document templates configured within the system. The page provides information about each template, including:

Search for a Template
To locate a specific template:
- Navigate to the Document Templates page.
- Use the Search box available on the page.
- Enter part of the template name or description.
- Matching templates are displayed automatically.

Delete a Template
To delete a document template:
- Navigate to the Document Templates page.
- Locate the required template.
- Click the Delete icon.
- Confirm the deletion.
The template is removed from the repository and is no longer available for future document generation.
Where It Reflects
Changes made through actions such as editing, downloading, generating documents, or deleting templates are reflected within the document management process.
Important Notes
- Only users with authorized administrative access can manage document templates.
- The actions available to a user depend on assigned permissions.
- Deleting a template permanently removes it from the repository.
- Review a template before deletion to ensure it is no longer required.
- Previously generated documents are not affected when a template is deleted.
