The Expense Analytics feature in HRStop helps HR and Admins track and review all employee expenses in one place. It shows reports that give a clear picture of how money is being spent across teams, locations, and projects.
What You Can Do with Expense Analytics
HRStop provides three types of reports to help you understand expense data:
Summary Report
Gives an overall view of total expenses based on filters like:
- Employee
- Department
- Location
- Entity
- Project
=> Use this to quickly check how much is being spent in different areas.
List Report
Shows a detailed list of every expense raised.
Includes:
- Expense Title
- Amount
- Date
- Status (Draft, Approved, Rejected, Paid)
- Attachments (bills or receipts)
=> Use this report for audits or reviewing individual expenses.
Payouts Report
Shows which expenses have been paid and which are still pending.
You can filter by:
- Employee
- Date
- Payment Mode (Cash, Bank Transfer, etc.)
=> Use this to manage reimbursements easily.
Exporting Reports
You can export all reports in CSV format for records or sharing.
To do this:
- Go to Control Panel → Analytics → Expense
- Open the report you need
- Apply filters (if required)
- Click Download CSV
