Purpose
Once quizzes are created and launched, admins and quiz managers need tools to track performance, analyze participation, close the quiz, or replicate it for another group. This article outlines all available management features.
Access the Quiz Dashboard
Navigate to: Control Panel → Engagement → Quiz
The dashboard displays:
- Total Quizzes Created
- Drafts: Quizzes saved but not yet launched
- Active: Ongoing quizzes
- Closed: Ended quizzes
Available Management Features
1. Preview a Quiz
- Click on the eye icon to preview how the quiz appears to employees
- Helps verify question formatting, duration, and layout before publishing
2. Clone a Quiz
- Click the Clone button next to any quiz
- A new copy is created with the same structure, questions, and settings
- You can modify and launch it for another group or cycle
3. Credit Reward Points
- For quizzes where auto-crediting was not enabled or failed

Admins can manually credit reward points to:
- All participants
- Only top scorers
- Selected individuals
4. Close or Delete a Quiz
- Use the Close option to end a quiz before its scheduled end time
- Use the Delete option to remove it permanently (only if no attempts exist)
5. Send Email Notifications to Participants
- Resend quiz reminders to employees who haven’t attempted yet
- Customize the email message or use a default template
- Helps improve participation rate
6. Analyze Quiz Performance
a. Participant Overview
- Total attempts vs. invitations
- Average scores
- Completion rate
b. Department/Designation Analysis
- View results segmented by team, department, or role
c. Employee-wise Reports
- Check scores per employee
- Export result sheets for L&D tracking or audit
7. Export Quiz Reports
- Download quiz results in Excel or CSV format
- Include filters such as department, score range, or status

- Always test quizzes by publishing to test users first
- Use CSV imports for large-scale quizzes
- Use reward points to incentivize learning and participation
- Clone frequently used quizzes for monthly or quarterly cycles
