Assigning a holiday calendar to a team

Holidays module enables the admin to define holiday calendars for your company, where the status of the holiday will get change, in case of any new enhancement , it will start getting reflected in employee?ÇÖs calendar. It stores the list of all events ranging from holiday leaves, employee?ÇÖs birthday to work anniversary & regional festivals. This article focuses on how to assign a calendar to a team according to the department & location.


Refer to the following steps to assign a holiday calendar to a team:

  1. Navigate to: Control panel -> Holidays -> Calendar Assignment
  2. Select the calendar to be assigned
  3. Select the departments to whom it is assigned to (in case you want to assign it department wise)
  4. Select the location of the team (in case you want to assign it location wise)
  5. Click on +Add button

Your entry will appear in the list instantly. You can update the entry by clicking on the edit icon. You can also delete an entry by clicking on bin icon.
