Prerequisites
Before proceeding, make sure:
- Your biometric device supports ADMS (Attendance Device Management System), typically found in eSSL or Biomax models
- The device is connected to the internet
- You have access to the device’s Comm/ADMS settings
Step 1: Confirm Enrollment Numbers
Ensure that the enrollment numbers used in your biometric device match those in HRStop.
- Please confirm if the enrollment numbers (the number with which the employees are registered in biometric) for the employees are the same as the enrollment numbers for them in HRStop.
- You will be able to get the list of all enrollment numbers of employees in HRStop by referring to the following path: Control Panel-> Analytics-> Attendance-> Enrollment.
Step 2: Configure Device ADMS Settings
- On your biometric device, go to: Menu → Comm → ADMS

Save the settings and ensure the device is connected to the internet.
Step 3: Share Required Information with HRStop
Once the device is configured, share the following with HRStop Support:
- Device serial number (SN)
- A few enrolled user IDs (to verify test punches)
- Confirmation that enrollment numbers match
