Step-by-Step Process to Delete Pending Leaves:

Log into Your HRStop Account
Use your employee credentials to access the HRStop portal. -
Navigate to the Leave Section
From the top menu, go to “Leaves” and select “View/Apply”. -
Access the “My Leaves” Tab
- By default, the page will open on the “Apply” tab.
- Click on the tab titled “My Leaves” to view the history of all your applied leaves.

Identify Pending Leave Requests
- The page will display all leave applications, categorized by their status: Approved, Rejected, or Pending.
- In the “Actions” column, look for a 🗑️ Delete icon next to leave entries with the Pending status.

Delete the Pending Leave
- Click on the Delete icon corresponding to the leave you wish to cancel.
- A confirmation popup may appear asking you to confirm the deletion.
- Once confirmed, the leave will be instantly removed from the system.
Important Notes:
- No Notification to Manager: Deleting a pending leave does not send a notification to your manager, as the request was not yet approved.
- Audit Trail: Deleted leaves may still be visible to Admins in system logs (if audit logging is enabled).
- Once Deleted, It Cannot Be Recovered: Ensure that the request you are deleting is no longer required.
