HRStop enables Super admin or Admin (or someone who has the permission of settings module) to enable or disable ‘Mail alerts’ facility for ‘Memo’. As an Admin, you can also choose to add email ids of desired authorized person in the 'Add Email' field so that notifications are sent to these people as well.
Refer to the below steps to enable the notification settings for Memo:
- Navigate to Control Panel-> Settings-> Notifications
- Scroll down to "Add Memo"
- Enable the notification for Super Admin, Reporting Manager, Employee, etc. (As per your requirement)
- Add multiple email ids of desired person in "Add Email"
- Scroll down and click on Save button
Note: The above notification will applicable only if the setting Make memos visible to employees is enabled by the path: Control Panel->Settings-> Modules
