Timesheet Summary view (Employee level)

HRStop offers employees a Summary View feature within the Timesheet module, enabling them to easily track and manage their daily work submissions. This view provides a comprehensive, day-wise breakdown of the employee’s activity, including attendance status and hours logged for each day of the selected month.

How to Access the Summary View:

  1. Navigate to: Main Panel → Timesheet → Submit
  2. Click on the Summary button located in the page navigation bar.
  3. A new page will open displaying a detailed summary of the timesheet for each day of the month.

Status Indicators:

Each day in the summary is accompanied by a status label, indicating the employee’s activity for that day:

  • PRESENT – The employee was present.
  • ABSENT – The employee was absent.
  • SUBMITTED – Timesheet was submitted for that day.
  • HOLIDAY – A company-declared holiday.
  • WEEKEND – A weekend day (Saturday/Sunday).
  • OPTIONAL HOLIDAY – An optional holiday applied by the employee.

Total Time:
Each day also displays the total number of hours worked, under the Total Time column.


Additional Options:

  • Copy Data – Click the Copy button (next to the search bar) to copy the summary data to your clipboard. You can then paste it into any document or spreadsheet.
  • Print – Use the Print button to generate a printable version of the summary.
  • Download CSV – Click the CSV button to download the summary as a .CSV file for offline use.

Note: Any changes made are updated instantly and reflected in real time.
