  • Leave/Attendance Module: Leaves (Automate your company's leave policies

    • Event-based leaves: The Event-based leave will be credited to the employees in the respective time period of the event for the employee. *The option to define the leave applicability for the event-based leaves.
    • Leave Rules:  All the leave rules displayed automatically depending on the leave policies configured in the system to the employee while applying leave in main panel.
    • Sandwich Policies: * New sandwich rules added to the system, if weekoffs/holidays come in between the leaves. *The option to count the weekends as leaves if it falls between the leaves applied.
    • Clubbing Policies: * The option to allow the admin to select the leave types that should not be clubbed with the present configured leave.
    • Leave restriction: * The option to restrict the leave application with Preweekoff/ Postweekoff / Holidays/ weeekoff/Leave category. *The option to not allow the employee to apply for Leave, while in the notice period. *The maximum number of leaves, allowed in the instance in the calendar year. *The compensatory off leave cannot be credited once the payroll has been processed. * The option for the employees to update document, if leaves applied after x number of days.
    • WFH/On-duty update: * The WFH/On-duty/Credit requests can be filtered out on the Main panel, while approving. *The bulk application of WFH, OD leave. *The option to apply WFH,OD for long duration and splitting the WFH/OD applied for the weekoffs/holidays in between.
    • *Defer crediting rule: This option will accumulate the leaves, however will credit them to the employee as per the rules set for defer credit.
    • *Leave Calendar: The option for the employee to view the leaves of their colleagues in the company leave calendar.
    • *Leave expiry logic updated: The system will now consider the leave expiry count date from the time the leave credit request was raised.
    • *Comp off approval restrictions: The system will now no longer allow you to approve leave credit requests post running the payroll for the month.
    • Enterprise Features * Leave encashment request by employees. *Leave encashment approval. *Multiple workflow approvals/Advance approval workflows. *Hourly Leave Policies. *Religion Leave policies. *Leave entitlement rules based on employment status & service status. *Impact of leaves on payroll depending on various date ranges wherein every part of the leave has different payroll output value- Leaves under different date ranges will impact on payroll output.
  • Attendance (Export Punches with IP address and much more)

    • Multiple punches: * The option to allow the employee to apply multiple punches in main panel.
    • Export Raw Punches with IP address (Control Panel): With export function in attendance, now the admin can export raw punches with employee's IP address and location.
    • Monthly view: The employee can select the month on the attendance page and this will help you view the attendance of the month.
    • Import half day: The option to import the Half Days in the attendance import.
    • Enterprise Features *Multiple shift rosters introduced. *Roster rules configurations. *Selfie attendance introduced. *Salary Compensation management for overtime: Different salary compensation for different ranges of overtime hours. *Geo fencing option that restricts the employees to apply for attendance from outside the defined territories.
  • Employees Module: More employee details, Custom forms, Google synchronisation, and much more.
    • More attributes: *Added more attributes like exit date to the employee's detail and bank name to the bank report. *Employee's PF number is visible in Employee Profile
    • Separation request: *The option to allow the reporting manager and dotted manager to raise the separation request. *Option to manage offboarding workflow and also preview offboarding before triggering for employees.
    • Search criteria: *The employee can be searched on the basis of band, Entity, and Active/Inactive status.
    • Analytics: *The employee list is available with all the fields, for the reporting manager.
    • Enterprise Features: *The custom form feature available, wherein the admin can create the form like company policies, NDA's etc. and ask the employee to fill in the details. *Google Calender Synchronization, a custom feature to be considered for the employee wherein all employee leaves/other events can be synced with google calendar. *Multicountry Employee Attributes that will allow to add one or more country to manage your employees. *Multiple parameters can be created for multi countries globally. *Advance Onboarding workflow with new features introduced for managing employee onboarding. *Multiple advanced approval workflows introduced.
