Purpose:
To send formal announcements or updates directly to employee inboxes, bypassing the portal.
Steps to Broadcast Email:
- Navigate to: Control Panel → News and Broadcast → Broadcast Email

Set Recipient Filters:
Use the filters provided to narrow down your target audience:- Employee Status: Choose Active or Inactive
- Department: Select specific teams/departments
- Location: Filter by office or geographical location
- Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, Intern, etc.
- Gender: If relevant to the announcement

Compose Email:
- Subject: Title of the email (e.g., “Reminder: Benefits Enrollment Ends This Friday”)
- Message Body: Write the main content of the announcement. Include links or action steps if necessary.

Optional: Test the Email
- Enter a valid test email address in the Test Email field
- Click Test Email to preview how the email will appear in the recipient's inbox

Click:
Send to broadcast the email to all filtered recipients.
Notes:
- This email will not appear on the employee dashboard.
- Ensure email addresses are correctly maintained in employee profiles for successful delivery.
