The Employee Module in HRStop empowers administrators to easily manage employee records, ensuring all relevant data is stored accurately. This article outlines the step-by-step process for adding a new employee to the system, including all required fields.
Steps to Add an Employee:

Navigate to the Employee Section:
- Go to Control Panel → Employees → View/Add.
- Click on the +Add button on the top action bar.

Enter Employee Information:
A new page will open with a form to capture the employee’s details. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.- Full Name of the employee.
- Employee Code (can be manually entered or auto-generated by the system).
- Official Email ID

Password and Confirm Password
Check the Auto Generate box to let the system create a password automatically.
- Reporting Manager – Select from the drop-down list.
- Business Unit – Choose the relevant business unit.
- Department – Select or create a new one by clicking “Add New”.
- Designation – Choose or create a new one.
- Band – Select or add a new one if needed.
- Location – Assign the employee’s work location.
- Shift – Choose a predefined shift or add a new one (redirects to Shift Management).
- Date of Joining
- Employment Type – e.g., Full-time, Part-time, Contract.
- Probation Period
- Confirmation Date
- Notice Period
- Entity – The legal entity the employee belongs to.
- Enrollment Number (if applicable)
- Mobile Number

Additional Options:
- Trigger Onboarding: Initiates the onboarding workflow for the new employee.
- Send Welcome Mail: Sends login credentials and welcome email to the employee.
- Weekly Offs: Define weekly off days for the employee.

Save the Record:
- Click Save to finalize the addition.
- Click Reset if you need to clear the form.

Viewing Employee Details
Once employees are added, you can always view or manage them by navigating to:
Control Panel → Employees → View/Add
