The Timesheet Analytics module in HRStop provides detailed and insightful reports to help organizations monitor employee work hours, productivity, and project allocation. This feature is accessible to Admins via:

Navigation: Control Panel → Analytics → Timesheet

Available Reports in Timesheet Analytics:

  1. Summary Report
    • Shows presence, absence, and total logged hours for employees.
    • View data for any time period (e.g., weekly, monthly).
    • Supports filtering and export to .CSV.
  2. Detailed Timesheet Report
    • Offers in-depth information on hours logged by employees.
    • Data can be grouped by:
      • Employee
      • Project
      • Client
    • Option to exclude employees with zero hours logged.
    • Supports data export.
  3. Leakage Report
    • Compares Attendance Hours vs. Timesheet Hours.
    • Highlights discrepancies (e.g., Attendance: 9 hrs, Timesheet: 7 hrs → Leakage: 2 hrs).
    • Can be filtered by threshold leakage hours, designation, or department.
    • Useful for identifying under-reporting or inefficiencies.
  4. Project Task Report
    • Displays:
      • Number of projects assigned per employee.
      • Total hours spent per project.
  5. Pending & Approved Timesheets
    • Track submission status:
      • Pending
      • Approved
      • Rejected
    • Advanced filters available based on:
      • Days not submitted
      • Days after which submitted
      • Approval delays
    • Supports CSV export.
  6. Productivity Report
    • Shows:
      • Client, Project, and Employee details.
      • Man-hours worked.
      • Hourly cost, CTC, revenue, and profit margins.
    • Data can be grouped by client or project.
    • Helps evaluate resource utilization and profitability.
  7. Assigned Projects
    • Displays all projects assigned to employees with:
      • Project code
      • Project name
      • Department and Designation
    • Exportable and filterable.
  8. Unallocated Projects Report
    • Lists employees not mapped to any project.
    • Useful for resource planning and allocation.
  9. Project-wise Timesheet Report
    • Select a project to view associated employee timesheets.
    • Filter by employee, date, or project name.

You can use the Leakage Report under Control Panel → Analytics → Timesheet. This report compares attendance hours with timesheet entries and highlights the discrepancy (leakage). It helps detect under-logged work hours and can be filtered by department, role, or minimum leakage threshold.

Yes. Navigate to the Pending & Approved report under the Analytics section. You can filter data by:

  • Not submitted within a certain number of days.
  • Approved/submitted/rejected after specified delays.
  • Status type (pending, approved, rejected).
    This report helps managers follow up with employees who haven't completed their entries.

Absolutely. Use the Productivity Report to view:

  • Total hours worked by project and client.
  • Employee CTC, hourly cost, project revenue, and margins.
