The Employees section under Analytics provides an extensive suite of reports to help organizations monitor, evaluate, and make informed decisions about their workforce. This guide outlines all the features and reports available in this module, along with their practical applications.

To access these reports:
Control Panel → Analytics → Employees


Key Report Categories

1. Organizational & Designation Charts

  • Organizational Chart: Visualizes company hierarchy.
    • Two views available for flexibility.
    • Downloadable as SVG for presentations or documentation.
  • Designation Chart: Illustrates the company structure based on designations.
    • Also available as SVG.

2. Headcount Report

  • Breakdown of employee count by:
    • Designation
    • Department
    • Employment type
    • Age group
    • Experience
  • Available in pie and bar charts with downloadable PDF.
  • Interactive: Click to explore deeper insights by department/designation.

3. Profile Strength

  • Indicates completeness of employee profiles.
  • Missing sections highlighted (e.g., profile image, education, emergency contact).
  • Send email reminders to individuals/groups directly from the panel.

4. Missing Data

  • Identify incomplete employee profiles (e.g., PAN, blood group, passport).
  • Useful for audits and compliance.

5. Manager-wise Report

  • See which employees report to which manager.
  • Tracks pending approvals across:
    • Attendance
    • Leaves
    • WFH
    • Credit requests
    • Timesheets

6. Employee List

  • Complete directory of employees.
  • Column visibility settings let you customize the view.
  • Export filtered lists for reports or operations.

7. Contact Details

  • Centralized view of all employees' contact info.
  • Downloadable as a report for internal use or emergency reference.

8. Documents

  • Track uploaded and missing documents for employees.
  • Export summaries for record-keeping.

9. Bank Details

  • View and download bank account info as provided by employees.

10. Job History & Experience

  • Access:
    • Job history (previous roles)
    • Current experience
    • Total experience
  • Great for performance and promotion reviews.

11. Education Details

  • Get insights into academic qualifications of the workforce.

12. Family Details & MediClaim

  • Information includes:
    • Relation type
    • Age, gender, DOB
    • Dependency status
  • MediClaim Report: Lists insured family members under policies.

13. Emergency Contacts

  • Downloadable list of emergency contacts for all employees.

14. Birthday List

  • View employee birthdays in chart and list format.
  • Helpful for engagement and planning celebrations.

15. Work Anniversary

  • Shows employee anniversaries based on joining date.

16. Skills & Skill Ratings

  • See skills employees have entered.
  • Track self-rated proficiencies in various skill areas.

17. Tags

  • Report of employee tags (if used for segmentation or roles).

18. Memos & Notes

  • Reports on issued memos or disciplinary actions.
  • Notes added by admins or HR for employee records.

19. Joining Summary

  • Filter by date, experience, gender, location, age, and source of hire.
  • Visuals available in list or graph view.

20. New Hires

  • Detailed data on newly onboarded employees.

21. Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Onboarding Report: Track active onboarding progress.
  • Onboarding TAT: Identifies delays and bottlenecks per step/stakeholder.
  • Offboarding Report: Monitor resignation or exit workflows.
  • Offboarding TAT: Time tracking for exit process steps.

22. Probationary Employees

  • Report on all employees currently in their probation period.

23. Separations & Notice Period

  • Separations: View all raised separation requests.
  • Notice Period: Lists employees on notice, including:
    • Tenure
    • Served & unserved days

24. Exit Report & Attrition

  • Exit Report: Data on employees who have exited.
  • Attrition Report:
    • Monthly trends
    • Segmentation by department, designation, and location

25. Tenure Report

  • Shows how long employees have stayed.

FAQ

To view and manage employee bank details:

  1. Navigate to Control Panel > Analytics > Employees > Bank.
  2. You'll see a list displaying each employee's Bank Account Number, IFSC Code, PAN Number, and related bank details.
  3. Use filters to:
    • Show only Active or Deactivated employees.
    • Display employees with Registered or Not Registered bank details.
  4. To save the list, click the Save button and choose a format:
    • PDF (retains formatting, ideal for printing)
    • CSV (note: leading zeros in numeric fields may be removed)
  5. You can also Print the list directly.

=> Any changes or filters applied will reflect instantly on the screen.

To access and export employee contact information:

  1. Navigate to Control Panel > Analytics > Employees > Contact Details.
  2. A page will open displaying each employee's:
    • Contact Numbers
    • Work and Personal Email Addresses
    • Current and Permanent Addresses
  3. Use filters to narrow the list by employee status:
    • Active
    • Deactivated
    • Unapproved
    • Rejected
  4. Click the Save button to export the list in PDF or CSV format. Note: Exporting in formats other than PDF (e.g., CSV) may remove any leading zeros in number fields.
  5. You may also choose to Print the contact details directly.

=> All changes and filter selections are applied instantly on-screen.

To access and download document counts submitted by employees:

  1. Go to Control Panel > Analytics > Employees > Documents.
  2. The page will display:
    • Total Document Count
    • Category-wise breakdown (e.g., Income Tax: 2, Job History: 2)
  3. Use filters to view employees by status:
    • Active
    • Deactivated
    • Unapproved
    • Rejected
  4. Click the Save button to export the data in PDF or CSV format. Note: Saving in CSV or any format other than PDF may remove leading zeros in number fields.
  5. You may also choose to Print the document summary list directly.

=> All filters and changes are applied instantly.

To view and manage the list of employees and their general details:

  1. Navigate to Control Panel > Analytics > Employees > List.
  2. A page will open showing each employee’s details, including:
    • Name, Email Address, Mobile Number
    • Department, Designation, Shift Type, etc.
  3. Use the funnel icon (top-left above the table) to customize which columns are visible.
  4. Apply filters to refine the list by:
    • Employee Status (Active/Inactive)
    • Department
    • Designation
    • Shift Type
  5. Click the Save button to export the list in:
    • PDF
    • CSV
    • Or use the Copy option to paste data into a spreadsheet directly.

Note: Saving in formats other than PDF (e.g., CSV) may remove any leading zeros in numeric fields.
