HRStop Connect must be enabled before administrators can configure and publish application shortcuts for employees. Once enabled, HRStop Connect allows organizations to provide employees quick access to internal and external applications directly from the HRStop navigation bar.
After enabling this feature, administrators will be able to add, manage, and publish app links that employees can access from the HRStop Connect launcher.

Steps to Enable HRStop Connect
- Go to Control Panel.
- Open Settings.
- Select Modules.
- Locate the option Enable HRStop Connect.
- Select the checkbox to enable the feature.
- Save the changes if prompted.
Once the feature is enabled, a Manage App Links option becomes available. This allows administrators to configure the applications that should appear in the HRStop Connect launcher.
What Happens After Enabling HRStop Connect
After enabling the feature:
• Administrators can add new application shortcuts.
• Each app can include a title, icon, description, and link.
• Apps can be published or unpublished depending on visibility requirements.
• Administrators can define which employees should see specific apps.
• Employees will be able to open the HRStop Connect launcher from the top navigation bar.
