The Appraisals module in HRStop gives organisations complete control over employee salary revisions and increment management. From the moment an employee joins, every salary change, whether it is an annual increment, a mid-year revision, or a template reassignment, is recorded and maintained in the system.
Administrators can view the full salary journey of any employee, track CTC growth over time, process appraisal arrears, and generate salary-related documents such as increment and appraisal letters, all from a single module.

Appraisal arrears, once submitted, are included in the employee's payroll for the selected payout period. All appraisals are recorded in the employee's appraisal history and can be used to generate salary-related documents.
Important Notes

- Appraisal settings should be configured before triggering appraisals to ensure correct behaviour.
- An appraisal must be published before it reflects in the employee's payroll.
