Purpose

The Skills module in HRStop enables organizations to capture, validate, and track employee skills in a structured and centralized way. It helps build a searchable, reportable, and dynamic skills database that supports workforce planning, training needs analysis, and internal growth tracking.

Employees can add their own skills. Managers can review and take action. Admins can configure the module and manage skill data at scale.

The module supports:

  • Skill name entry
  • Proficiency rating
  • Hands-on experience (years and months), if enabled
